SERIOUS PROTECTION FOR YOUR CERTIFIED VEHICLE

For added peace of mind, an 8-year / 80,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty comes standard with your Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle.  You may choose to extend your standard Powertrain coverage to 8-year / 100,000-miles for a charge.  Additionally, DaimlerChrysler Service Contracts offer three more Plans for your Certified Used Vehicle.  Each of these Plans can be purchased for 8 years = 80,000 miles or 8 years / 100,000 miles.  They include:

• Added Care Plus
• Maximum Care

WHEN PLAN COVERAGE BEGINS AND ENDS

All time and mileage specifications are from the warranty start date (the original in-service date of the vehicle when new).  Plan expiration is specified in your Plan Provisions.

Towing, Car Rental allowance and Trip Interruption coverage start on the date you purchase the Plan, and cover those repair instances when a replacement vehicle is not otherwise provided.  Repair coverage starts when any remaining portions of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty expire.

PERSONALIZED PLAN PROVISIONS

Upon receipt and approval of a DaimlerChrysler Service Contract application form, you will be mail Personalized Plan Provisions.  Your Personalized Plan Provisions will identify you and your vehicle to the servicing dealer as being eligible for Plan service.

$100 DEDUCTIBLE

You are responsible for the first $100 of the total cost of the covered component repairs performed during  each repair visit.  The Plan pays the rest.

CAR RENTAL ALLOWANCE

These Plans will pay $35 per day ($175 maximum per occurrence) anytime a covered component described in your Plan Provision fails, causing the vehicle to be both inoperable and require overnight repairs.  Car rental allowance is not provided where loaner or rental vehicle coverage is provided by applicable vehicle warranties or the dealer.

Your Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Warranty includes car rental allowance for repairs covered by that warranty only.  These Plans provide car rental allowance for repairs covered by this Plan as well.

NOTE: The rental car must be obtained from a dealer or from a licensed rental agency.  Rental coverage is subject to state and local laws and those imposed by the rental agency.  DaimlerChrysler is not responsible for any refusal of a rental agency to rent a vehicle to you.

$1,000 TRIP INTERRUPTION COVERAGE

These Plans will pay $1,000 for lodging, meals, and car rental expenses if:

1. The vehicle becomes inoperable due to a covered component failure
2. The failure occurs more than 100 miles from home

TOWING / ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

The 8-Year / 80,000-Mile Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Powertrain Limited Warranty provides 24-hour "Sign-and-Go" Towing and Roadside Assistance ($100 per occurrence).  Any expense beyond $100 is your responsibility at the time and site of service.  The Plan provides coverage for such items as:

• Towing to the nearest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or DaimlerChrysler authorized repair facility.
• Flat-tire change (with your good spare).
• Battery Jump
• Out-of-gas fuel delivery (maximum five gallons).
• Lockout service (i.e., key locked in car or frozen lock).

Towing Assistance will be dispatched only for a mechanical disablement, which renders the vehicle inoperative.  (See exclusions under "What's Not Covered" here.)

TRANSFER POLICY

A service contract can make your vehicle more valuable and easier to sell.  remaining Plan coverage may be transferred one time only to the subsequent purchaser of the vehicle at the time of vehicle sale provided the 8 / 80 warranty is also transferred.  A $50 plan transfer fee will be applied to transfer the service contract (in most states).

ELIGIBLE VEHICLES

All Chrysler Group Certified Vehicles with an 8-Year / 80,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty and with no more than 80,000 miles are eligible.
